By submitting this form, you are registering for Articulate Ink Education's classes, and agree to our terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will only apply after the trial lesson.

1. Fees

The course fees for lesson are as follows:

  • Primary Classes: $95 / 2 hour class
  • Secondary Classes: $105 / 2 hour class
  • Junior College Classes: $105 / 2 hour class

2. Payment of Fees

  • a)All fees must be paid in full within the month.
  • b)Payment methods are via PayNow (Preferred) and Bank Transfer.
  • c)Invoices will be generated within the first week of each term and sent to your registered email addresses.
  • d)Fees are payable throughout the year, inclusive of school vacation periods and public holidays.
  • e)The Management reserves the right to alter the fees with notice given.

3. Late Fees

  • a)Fees are payable within 1 month of the invoice date.
  • b)Students with unpaid fees due for more than 60 days without reason will be suspended from lessons.
  • c)Should you require financial assistance or payment by installments, promptly inform us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

4. Replacement Class Policy

  • a)There is strictly no refund or prorating of fees for students who miss lessons.
  • b)In the event where a student is unable to attend a class, he/she may opt for one of the following (subject to teacher agreement and discretion):
  • Option 1: Attend a class at another timing if there is a vacancy in the class
  • Option 2: Join the actual lesson via Zoom
  • Option 3: Receive the video recording and material for the lesson that was missed
  • Option 4: Receive material and attend a short one-to-one consultation session

5. Format of lessons

  • a)All lessons are conducted physically unless otherwise stated.
  • b)Online lessons may be conducted periodically in place of physical lessons.
  • c)Articulate Ink Education reserves the right to conduct online lessons in place of physical lessons should the need arise.

6. Acceptance

  • a)Acceptance of a student for classes is at the discretion of the school.
  • b)A class will be assigned to the Student upon registration.
  • c)Students who are disruptive to the conduct of a class may be suspended from lessons.
  • d)Upon the acceptance of a student, the Parent(s) and/or Guardian(s) is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

7. Consent

By submitting this form, you agree that Articulate Ink Education may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this registration form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy:

  • a)The processing of this registration; and
  • b)the administration of your registration with Articulate Ink Education.
